Grandpops and Savta

Very important article, Maggid. Welcome back! Dress code in shul is much more sensitive in shuls than in schools. Everyone must conform to a school dress code, whatever it is. I agree that guests and members with minor diversity could be insulted in the holy place. This could turn turn into a chilul Hashem unnecessarily. You can always give someone a jacket and talit ..they would not feel insulted.

by the way, only doctors should wear ties!

Aunty Rashi

Our forefathers most certainly did not wear suits or ties.Even RASHI did not where a suit and tie.Would you deny him an Aliyah?? Savta, I disagree about doctors and ties.Doctors should all come on Aliyah and throw away their suit jackets and ties!
